Stepwise multivariable logistic-regression analyses recognized several clinical factors as independent predictors of sustained virologic response: genotype 1, alanine aminotransferase level, and APRI score . After adjustment for individual characteristics, the rate of sustained virologic response did not differ significantly based on the site of treatment .
